It depends on where Day 1 of your 4-off block landed.
Weekday tabs (FT / Home) cover Mon-Thu, and apply only when Day 1 off was Fri, Sat, or Sun (before Monday).
If Day 1 off was Thursday, the weekday tabs do not apply - use the weekend tabs.
Weekend tabs (Fri / Sat / Sun) apply when Day 1 already happened before that day.
Reminder: never fly Day 1 off. FT starts Day 2 at the earliest.
